Building Better Baby Brains 

We have to have hope for the future and trust that the people will come together to build a better future.

Tea for Two

In the midst of writing The Whitest Wall I was given a gift from a wise mother of three adopted children with brain differences. The small package arrived in my mailbox and changed my thinking. It gave me hope that I could keep on writing and what I was doing could make a difference in thinking. So I have continued her message to me passing her gift forward to you.

1. Download an inspirational series - Cut out the cards - Pick one card up at random. I keep mine in a basket and pick one up without even looking.

2. Pick a quiet place and boil a pot of water

3. Find a teacup you love and tea you enjoy

4. Take one verse and meditate on it while you sip your tea. Ask for wisdom - for your eys to be open and your ears to hear it's meaning.

5. Finish with thanksgiving and prayer for each person you need to remember. It will take 14 days to complete this process - it can be any time any day when you are ready for day two the card will be there waiting - there is no sequence or speed for this.
