The Lighter Side of FASD
FASDfun

The secret of success in teaching children with Alcohol Related Birth Injuries is humor. Just ask wee weary parents...and FASDrs -- humor is what gets us through the days and weeks of crazy times.  The caretakers of FASD children quickly learn to see the light.. that is the lighter side of FASD. We discover the best way to deal with the chaos that often surrounds the FASD child is with delight and understanding that each child has a place in the world, and you are helping the child who is struggling to open the right door. Many days I feel like a can opener.
